  • PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The ClubWPT “$1,100 WPT® Prime Championship Seat Prize 2026” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on or about October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, entrants will have the opportunity to participate in qualifying tournaments on ClubWPT.com in order to compete for the opportunity to win one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) Seat (as defined below) that includes the opportunity to participate in a WPT® Prime Championship in 2026. Please visit https://www.clubwpt.com/tournaments/ for a current list of qualifying tournaments. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes.   • ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals who are (i) twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the states or countries listed at https://www.clubwpt.com/prize-eligibility/ at the time of entry, (ii) are members of ClubWPT.com, and (iii) are otherwise legally eligible to enter a casino and/or card room per Nevada State Law, are eligible to enter the Promotion. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent(s) and subsidiary(ies) (the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. All entrants must comply with Sponsor's terms and conditions (the “Terms”), located at https://www.clubwpt.com/terms-service-vip-diamond/ and incorporated herein by this reference.   • PROMOTION PERIOD: Qualifying Promotion tournaments dates & times for a $1,100 WPT® Prime Championship Seat Prize 2026 will take place from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026.
  • HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, various qualifying tournaments will take place on ClubWPT.com. Each qualifying tournament will be identified as such on the ClubWPT website https://www.clubwpt.com/.
  • PRIZES: The top finishers from each of the qualifying tournaments will win one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) 2026 WPT® Prime Championship Seat, as set forth below (the “Prize”). There are a select number of Prizes (the amount of Prizes shall be at Club Services, Inc.'s sole discretion).
  • SEAT: The top finishers in the Promotion tournaments will receive a 2026 $1,100 WPT® Prime Championship Seat Prize with a retail value of One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) including one (1) buy-in to a 2026 WPT® Prime Championship taking place in 2026.
    • For clarification and the removal of doubt, the prize does not include the following: (i) transportation for the winner to a 2026 WPT® Prime tournament; or (ii) ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the 2026 WPT® Prime tournament. All arrangements and expenses associated with travel to and from a 2026 WPT® Prime tournament, ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the 2026 WPT® Prime tournament are the sole responsibility of each winner.
    • Each Seat winner will be pre-registered into the 2026 One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) WPT® Prime tournament taking place in December 2026.
    • The Seat is non-transferrable and may not be used by any other player. If the Seat is not claimed by Friday, November 6, 2026, the winner forfeits the prize in its entirety. There will be no prize substitution.
    • If a player wins more than one (1) Seat during the Promotion, they will be required to substitute in place of the additional Seat they win, a one-time cash payment of One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD), for each additional Seat they win.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Each Seat winner must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Seat described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the Seat winner engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Seat winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release, and a Travel Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If the winner of the Tournament is under the age of majority in such winner’s state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the winner either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner, or the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize Claim Documents. If any potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor winner’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
    Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion.
