Are You A Previous VIP or Diamond Member And Would Like To Reactivate Your Account?

Reactivation of an existing ClubWPT account is simple and requires just a few steps:

1. Click here or on the gray ‘LOG IN' button at the top right of your screen.
2. Enter both your username and email address used when you originally signed up for your ClubWPT account.
3. If you forgot your username and/or password, click on the blue ‘Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address on the ‘Recover Password' screen.
4. Next, check your email and look for an email from Club Services (no-reply@theclubservices.com). Look in your junk/spam folder if you don't receive it within the next 2 minutes. The email from Club Services, starts with your username at the top (Dear ‘Username',) and then there's a link to reset your password (if needed.)
5. Once you've successfully logged in to the poker lobby, click on the small hamburger icon at the top left (three small horizontal lines). Then select ‘My Account' › ‘Manage My Membership'.
6. On the popup modal that appears, select your desired membership level (VIP or Diamond), payment type, and click ‘Continue' to finish the checkout process.
7. If you have a promotional bonus code offer you'd like to redeem, enter the code in the text field before checkout and click the blue ‘Check Bonus Code' button to retrieve it. Then select the offer that pops up, before proceeding to payment type and the final checkout process.
8. That's it; welcome back!
