Important Update for California Members

We are reaching out to let you know about upcoming adjustments to ClubWPT offerings in light of recently passed legislation in the state of California related to certain sweepstakes-based online games.

ClubWPT offers a variety of services and benefits to its members, including online poker playing, monthly subscriptions and associated benefits, access to full episodes from past seasons of the WPT® television show, valuable savings and coupons, invitations to official World Poker Tour® events, and more. ClubWPT is committed to these services and our community, and most of these services and offerings will continue for our members.

However, effective January 1, 2026, ClubWPT subscribers from the state of California will no longer be allowed to participate in our online tournaments that award real cash & prizes.

This change will not impact your ability to claim prizes that you have already won on ClubWPT, which you can redeem any time, even after January 1, 2026. ClubWPT members in California may maintain their subscriptions for other ClubWPT benefits and are still allowed to participate in free-play poker ring games, tournaments and Sit & Gos, as well as casino games.

As we transition away from this offering for California subscribers, we understand that ClubWPT Gold will continue to offer its online poker training and hand analysis platform and we would encourage our California members to consider the ClubWPT Gold platform.

Use promo code CLUBWPT when you register to get invited to an exclusive 5,000 Chip Freeroll for ClubWPT players. Any player who signs up for ClubWPT Gold with the promo code CLUBWPT will receive a free ticket to this freeroll in their account prior to the tournament. The tournament will take place Sunday, Jan 4, 2026 @ 11:00 AM PT.

Without access to online tournaments that award real cash & prizes on our platform, we understand some ClubWPT members may want to cancel their subscription, which can be done by emailing us at cancel@theclubservices.com.

Are You A Previous VIP or Diamond Member And Would Like To Reactivate Your Account?

Reactivation of an existing ClubWPT account is simple and requires just a few steps:

1. Click here or on the gray ‘LOG IN' button at the top right of your screen.
2. Enter both your username and email address used when you originally signed up for your ClubWPT account.
3. If you forgot your username and/or password, click on the blue ‘Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address on the ‘Recover Password' screen.
4. Next, check your email and look for an email from Club Services (no-reply@theclubservices.com). Look in your junk/spam folder if you don't receive it within the next 2 minutes. The email from Club Services, starts with your username at the top (Dear ‘Username',) and then there's a link to reset your password (if needed.)
5. Once you've successfully logged in to the poker lobby, click on the small hamburger icon at the top left (three small horizontal lines). Then select ‘My Account' › ‘Manage My Membership'.
6. On the popup modal that appears, select your desired membership level (VIP or Diamond), payment type, and click ‘Continue' to finish the checkout process.
7. If you have a promotional bonus code offer you'd like to redeem, enter the code in the text field before checkout and click the blue ‘Check Bonus Code' button to retrieve it. Then select the offer that pops up, before proceeding to payment type and the final checkout process.
8. That's it; welcome back!
