• PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:  The ClubWPT.com “$6,000 WPT® Voyage Passport Qualifier 2024” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on Saturday, May 28, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on or about Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, entrants will have the opportunity to participate in a qualifying tournament on ClubWPT.com in order to compete for the opportunity to win one (1) 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport (as defined below) worth Six Thousand U.S. Dollars ($6,000 USD) that includes a cruise for up to two (2) people that includes the opportunity to participate in the WPT® Voyage Prime event in April 2024. • ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older, (ii) possess a valid passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months after the voyage end date (and if applicable based on the country of your citizenship, a visa to enter the Grand Cayman and Bahamas,) (iii) a legal resident of one of the states or countries listed at https://www.clubwpt.com/prize-eligibility/ at the time of entry, and (iiii) are members of ClubWPT.com, are eligible to enter the Promotion. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent(s) and subsidiary(ies) (the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. • HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The $6,000 WPT® Voyage Passport Qualifier 2024 Promotion tournaments (“Promotion Tournament”) will take place on ClubWPT.com. Please visit https://www.clubwpt.com/6k-wpt-voyage-passport-qualifier-2024/ for a current list of qualifying tournaments (VIP and Diamond eligible).
• WPT® VOYAGE PASSPORT: One (1) 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport will be awarded in the Promotion to the first place winner of each qualifying Promotion Tournament. The winner of each qualifying Promotion Tournament will receive the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport (“WPT® Voyage Passport”) prize with an approximate retail value of Six Thousand U.S. Dollars ($6,000) consisting of:
  (i) a Three Thousand Eight Hundred U.S. Dollars (3,800 USD) Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin for up to two (2) people on a future WPT® Voyage cruise;
  (ii) one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) WPT® Prime event buy-in;
  (iii) One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000 USD) that may be used toward travel expenses, or as otherwise determined at the winner’s discretion; and
  (iv) a One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100 USD) ‘Sailors Loot' credit (non-refundable onboard credit that can be spent on premium drinks all around the cruise ship).
  • Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Sponsor to hold a WPT® cruise at any particular time, or at all. In the event that the WPT® Voyage cruise listed in the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of “Force Majeure” (defined below), or for any other reason, then in lieu of attending the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner will receive a substitute prize of comparable value which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. For clarification and the removal of doubt, the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport does not include the following: (i) transportation for the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner or guest to the WPT® Voyage cruise port; or (ii) accommodations before and after the WPT® Voyage cruise, ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the WPT® Voyage cruise. All arrangements and expenses associated with travel to and from the WPT® Voyage cruise and accommodations before and after the WPT® Voyage cruise, ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the WPT® Voyage cruise are the sole responsibility of the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner and his or her guest. The potential winner shall cause his or her guest to execute a Liability Release, Travel Release and Publicity Release upon request.
  • The 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner will be pre-registered into the $1,100 WPT® Voyage Prime event tournament on the 2024 WPT® Voyage cruise taking place sometime between Sunday, March 31, 2024 and Saturday, April 6, 2024.
  • The winner of the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport may substitute in place of the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport, a one-time cash payment of $2,000. If the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport is not claimed by Friday, March 8, 2024, the winner forfeits the prize and ClubWPT may, in its sole discretion, provide the winner with a cash payment of $2,000. The choice of prize substitution must be made in writing and once made, is final.
  • If a winner of a 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport through this promotion does not claim their prize by Friday, March 1, 2024, there is no guarantee the $1,000 cash travel stipend will arrive until after the 2024 WPT® Voyage has concluded.
  • If a player wins more than one (1) 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport during the Promotion, they will be required to substitute in place of the additional 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport they win, a one-time cash payment of Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000 USD), for each additional 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport they win.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner must possess all required travel documents, including a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the WPT® Voyage cruise end date. Based on your country of citizenship, some ports may also require a necessary visa to enter. The 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner must also comply with any applicable international cruise ship check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner, may be required at the time of check-in prior to embarking on the ship. Any cruise cancellations or changes to cruise reservations after confirmation must be made with the cruise line directly, and the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the cruise line. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the 2024 WPT® Voyage Passport winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. • GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release, and a Travel Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). • GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic/epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. • GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
• ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Promotion Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Orange County, California; (iv) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant's and/or Sponsor's individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) in the event that the administrative fees and deposits that must be paid to initiate arbitration against Sponsor exceed $125 USD, and entrant is unable (or not required under the rules of JAMS) to pay any fees and deposits that exceed this amount, Sponsor agrees to pay them and/or forward them on entrant's behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator; (ix) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant's filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (x) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. • VIP PACKAGE: The winner of the Promotion tournament will receive a VIP Package prize with an approximate retail value of $5,000 including one (1) buy-in to the $3,800 WPT® Choctaw Main Event running May 5-8, 2023, travel allowance for hotel and airfare, and a ClubWPT swag bag.
  • The VIP Package includes $1,200 that may be used toward hotel, airfare, or as otherwise determined at package winner’s discretion. Any additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of the package winner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.   • The VIP Package includes $1,500 that may be used toward hotel, airfare, or as otherwise determined at package winner’s discretion. Any additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of the package winner.   • Each $2,500 WPT Prime Passport 2023 includes Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500 USD) that may be used toward travel expenses, or as otherwise determined at passport winner’s discretion. • PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The 2023 ClubWPT.com™ “Player of the Year” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on January 15th, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on or about October 29th, 2023 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, entrants will have the opportunity to participate in the qualifying tournaments on the World Poker Tour® (“WPT”) website ClubWPT.com and earn points toward the 2023 ClubWPT Player of the Year Leaderboard in three (3) different Leaderboard Races: 2023 Session 1 POY Leaderboard Race, 2023 Session 2 POY Leaderboard Race and Season 2023 POY Leaderboard Race. The top finishers of each of the three (3) 2023 Player of the Year Leaderboard Races will win prizes as detailed below (the “Prizes”).
   
  Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the Terms (as defined herein) and the decisions of WPT Enterprises, Inc., 17877 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 300, Irvine, CA 92614 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals who are (i) twenty one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the states or countries listed at https://www.clubwpt.com/prize-eligibility/ at the time of entry, and (ii) are members of ClubWPT.com, are eligible to enter the Promotion. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent(s) and subsidiary(ies), (such entities, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. All entrants must comply with Sponsor's terms and conditions (the “Terms”), located at https://www.clubwpt.com/terms-service-vip/ and incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall govern and control. Void where prohibited.

  Each qualifying tournament will be identified as such on the ClubWPT website and in the ClubWPT tournament lobby. Points will be awarded in each of these qualifying tournaments, with one point being awarded for every player you beat in the event. For Example:

  • If there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you win – you will earn 1,499 points.
  • If there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you finish 200th place – you will earn 1,299 points.
  • And if there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you are the 10th player eliminated – you will earn 9 points.

• ClubWPT DIAMOND MEMBERSHIPS VALUE: The 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the 2023 Session 1 POY Leaderboard Race (Jan/Feb/Apr/May 2023) and the 2023 Session 2 POY Leaderboard Race (Jul/Aug/Oct 2023) – and the 3rd through 7th place finishers of the Season 2023 POY Leaderboard Race (Jan/Feb/Apr/May/Jul/Aug/Oct 2023) – will each receive a free three (3) month ClubWPT Diamond membership with an approximate retail value of $449.85 USD, or in the case the player is already a Diamond member in good standing at the time of the conclusion of the POY Leaderboard Race, they will receive a three (3) month free extension of their ClubWPT Diamond membership. If the ClubWPT Diamond membership is not claimed by the respective winner by December 1st, 2023, the winner forfeits the prize.

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and WPT® Prime Championship Passport winners must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and WPT® Prime Championship Passport winners, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and WPT® Prime Championship Passport winners are solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and WPT® Prime Championship Passports described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport winner or WPT® Prime Championship Passport winners engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and WPT® Prime Championship Passport winners home with no further compensation.
  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.
  The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release, and a Travel Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any of the winners of the Promotion is under the age of majority in such winner’s state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the winner either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner, or the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize Claim Documents. If any potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor winner’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
  Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic/epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. • GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
• ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Promotion Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Orange County, California; (iv) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant's and/or Sponsor's individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) in the event that the administrative fees and deposits that must be paid to initiate arbitration against Sponsor exceed $125 USD, and entrant is unable (or not required under the rules of JAMS) to pay any fees and deposits that exceed this amount, Sponsor agrees to pay them and/or forward them on entrant's behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator; (ix) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant's filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (x) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. • Passport: The winner of the Promotion tournament will receive a WPT® Main Tour Passport Prize with an approximate retail value of Twelve Thousand U.S. Dollars ($12,000 USD) including one (1) buy-in to a $10,400 buy-in WPT® Main Tour Event running in 2023, hotel accommodation (not including incidentals), an allowance for travel expenses, and ClubWPT swag.
  • The $12,000 WPT® Main Tour Passport 2023 includes One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000 USD) that may be used toward travel expenses, or as otherwise determined at passport winner’s discretion.   • Please note that any hotel stay dates outside of the dates awarded to the Passport winner are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be secured separate from the hotel accommodations that is a part of this prize package.
  • The Passport winner will be pre-registered into a 2023 Ten Thousand Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($10,400 USD) WPT® Main Tour Event.
  • The winner of the Passport may substitute, in place of the entire Passport, a one-time cash payment of Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000 USD). The Passport is non-transferrable and may not be used by any other player. If the Passport is not claimed by Tuesday, Jan 31, 2023, the winner forfeits the prize and ClubWPT may, in its sole discretion, provide the winner with a cash payment of Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000 USD). The choice of prize substitution must be made in writing and once made, is final.
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Passport winner must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Passport winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the Passport winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Passport described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the Passport winner engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Passport winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Any prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. • GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. • GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
• ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Promotion Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Orange County, California; (iv) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant's and/or Sponsor's individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) in the event that the administrative fees and deposits that must be paid to initiate arbitration against Sponsor exceed $125 USD, and entrant is unable (or not required under the rules of JAMS) to pay any fees and deposits that exceed this amount, Sponsor agrees to pay them and/or forward them on entrant's behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator; (ix) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant's filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (x) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. • PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: During the WPT® World Championship festival at Wynn Las Vegas in December 2022 any active* VIP or Diamond ClubWPT™ member who finishes as the Bubble (as defined below) in the (i) WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas main event, (ii) WPT Prime Championship main event or (iii) WPT Ladies Championship main event (collectively, the “WPT Championship Tournaments”) will receive their initial buy-in back as a prize from ClubWPT.
• PROMOTION PERIOD: The ClubWPT™ World Championship Bubble Protection Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on December 8th, 2022 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on or about December 20th, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
• HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Promotion, players must: (i) have an active VIP or Diamond ClubWPT membership on the day they enter (i.e., the first day they compete in) a WPT Championship Tournament (“Active VIP or Diamond ClubWPT Membership”); (ii) finish as the “Bubble” which is defined herein as the last player eliminated who finishes the furthest in an WPT Championship Tournament without receiving a payout (the “Bubble”); and (iii) contact ClubWPT via email at clubbubble@wpt.com within seven (7) days of final placement in a WPT Championship Tournament to confirm your finishing place in a WPT Championship Tournament. The players who have an Active VIP or Diamond ClubWPT Membership and finish as the Bubble, if any, will be the winners of the Promotion (each a “Promotion Winner”) and are eligible to receive prizes as described below. For example, if the tournament states that the top 25 players will win money and a player with an active ClubWPT VIP account places in 26th place and contacts ClubWPT via email at clubbubble@wpt.com within seven (7) days of final placement in that tournament, that player will be the winner of the Promotion for that particular tournament. On the other hand, if the tournament states that the top 25 players will win money and a player finishes in 26th place that does not have an Active ClubWPT VIP or Diamond Membership, there will be no Promotion Winner for that tournament. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. • ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals who are (i) twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the states or countries listed at https://www.clubwpt.com/prize-eligibility at the time of entry, (ii) are VIP or Diamond members of ClubWPT.com, (iii) participate in a WPT Championship Tournament and (iv) are otherwise legally eligible to enter a casino and/or card room per Nevada State Law, are eligible to enter the Promotion. Officers, ambassadors, directors and employees of Sponsor and its parent(s) and subsidiary(ies) (the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. • HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, the Promotion will take place on ClubWPT.com and will be listed in the tournament lobby. Players can buy in directly for 25,000 Tournament Points or they can participate in one of the 20 freeroll qualifiers taking place on Friday, November 11, 2022 and Saturday, November 12, 2022.
• PRIZES: Players may win one of two (2) prizes. The top two (2) finishers of the qualifying tournament will win a Two Thousand U.S. Dollars VIP Package ($2,000 USD) to Las Vegas, as set forth below (the “Package”). Both winners will have the opportunity to play in the WPT® Steve Aoki Playhouse Game Event where they can also have a chance to win either: (i) one (1) Ten Thousand Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($10,400 USD) buy-in to the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas; or (ii) one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) buy-in to the WPT® Prime Championship. Each winner of a $2,000 WPT Steve Aoki Playhouse package may substitute in its place, a one-time cash payment of $200, and the prize package that is forfeited will be offered to the next player in the final results who can participate. If the $2,000 WPT Steve Aoki Playhouse package is not claimed by Friday, November 18th, 2022, the winner forfeits the prize and ClubWPT may, in its sole discretion, provide the original winner with a cash payment of $200. The choice of prize substitution must be made in writing and once made, is final.
• Las Vegas VIP Package: The winners of the Promotion tournament will receive a Las Vegas VIP Package with an approximate retail value of Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000 USD) including: (i) five (5) nights hotel accommodations at Wynn Las Vegas on 12/05/2022 through 12/09/2022 (not including incidentals); (ii) a One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000 USD) allowance for travel expenses, and (iii) ClubWPT™ swag.
• The $2,000 Las Vegas VIP Package includes One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000 USD) that may be used toward travel expenses, or as otherwise determined at passport winner’s discretion. Any additional expenses will be the sole responsibility of the Package winner.

• The WPT® Steve Aoiki Playhouse Game Event will take place on December 6, 2022 in Las Vegas. Both winners of the Las Vegas VIP Package will compete in a Sit & Go poker tournament against Steve Aoki and three other players in Las Vegas at Steve Aoki’s Playhouse on December 6, 2022. Whichever ClubWPT™ member lasts longer in the Sit & Go will win the $10,400 buy-in to the WPT® World Championship and the other ClubWPT™ member will win the $1,100 buy-in to the WPT® Prime Championship. Each winner of the Promotion must be able to travel to Las Vegas to participate in the WPT® Steve Aoiki Playhouse Game Event. In the event a winner is not able to travel to Las Vegas to participate in the WPT® Steve Aoiki Playhouse Game Event, the next finisher in the Promotion will be awarded the Package. • GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
• ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Promotion Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Orange County, California; (iv) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant's and/or Sponsor's individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) in the event that the administrative fees and deposits that must be paid to initiate arbitration against Sponsor exceed $125 USD, and entrant is unable (or not required under the rules of JAMS) to pay any fees and deposits that exceed this amount, Sponsor agrees to pay them and/or forward them on entrant's behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator; (ix) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant's filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (x) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release, and a Travel Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If the winner of the Tournament is under the age of majority in such winner’s state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the prize either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner, or the parent or legal guardian of such minor winner will be required to ratify and sign Prize Claim Documents. If any potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor winner’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.
• ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the Promotion Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Orange County, California; (iv) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant's and/or Sponsor's individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Sponsor; (viii) in the event that the administrative fees and deposits that must be paid to initiate arbitration against Sponsor exceed $125 USD, and entrant is unable (or not required under the rules of JAMS) to pay any fees and deposits that exceed this amount, Sponsor agrees to pay them and/or forward them on entrant's behalf, subject to ultimate allocation by the arbitrator; (ix) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of entrant's filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (x) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute.
