- Free Tournaments are available to anyone who registers on the Site,
creates an account, and meets the qualifications set forth herein and
affirmatively accepts these terms of use and the associated privacy policy.
a. Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Tournaments are ongoing tournaments occurring in the Card Room consisting of exactly 10 players for poker tournaments and exactly 7 players for Elimination Blackjack. At least one Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Tournament will be available or in progress in the Card Room at any time. A Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Tournament will not begin until exactly 10 players register for the poker tournament or exactly 7 players register for the Elimination Blackjack tournament. 100 PLAY CHIPS will be required to buy in to (participate in) a particular Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Tournaments. The winner of each Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Poker Tournaments will be awarded 700 PLAY CHIPS and the second place finisher will be awarded 300 PLAY CHIPS. The winner of each Single Table PLAY CHIP Sit and Go Elimination Blackjack Tournament will be awarded 490 PLAY CHIPS and the second place finisher will be awarded 210 PLAY CHIPS.
b. PLAY CHIPS Multi-Table Tournaments are scheduled tournaments in the Card Room that require a minimum of 10 players and have a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to the player). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, a PLAY CHIP Multi-Table Tournament will be held about once every 60 minutes. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of the tournament will be eliminated. The Club will not conduct a PLAY CHIPS Multi-Table Tournament unless the minimum number of players registers to play that tournament. 100 PLAY CHIPS will be required to buy in to (participate in) a particular PLAY CHIPS Multi-Table Tournament.
c. Daily $10 Open Freeroll tournaments are scheduled tournaments that require a minimum of 10 players and have a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, Cash freeroll tournaments will be held several times each day. The exact times of each Cash freeroll tournaments will be posted on the site. No Tournament Points are required to buy in to (participate in) an Open Freeroll tournament. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of the tournament will be eliminated. The Club will not conduct a Cash Freeroll tournament unless the minimum number of players registers to play that tournament. $10 Open Freeroll poker tournaments will award Cash as follows:

- Points Tournaments are available to Club members and mail-in entrants.
a. Single Table Points Sit and Go Tournaments are small tournaments that run constantly in the Card Room consisting of exactly 10 players for a poker tournament or exactly 7 players for an Elimination Blackjack tournament. At least one Single Table Points Sit and Go Tournament will be available or in progress in the Card Room at all times. 10 Tournament Points will be required to buy in to (participate in) a particular Single Table Points Sit and Go Tournament. A Single Table Points Sit and Go Tournaments will not begin until exactly 10 players register for the poker tournament or exactly 7 players register for the Elimination Blackjack Tournament. The winner of each Single Table Points Sit and Go Poker Tournament will be awarded 140 Tournament Points, and the player who finishes in second place will be awarded 60 Tournament Points. The winner of each Single Table Points Sit and Go Elimination Blackjack Tournament will be awarded 100 Tournament Points, and the player who finishes in second place will be awarded 40 Tournament Points.
b. Single Table Freeroll Points Sit and Go Tournaments are small tournaments that run constantly in the Card Room consisting of exactly 10 players for a poker tournament or exactly 7 players for an Elimination Blackjack tournament. At least Single Table Freeroll Points Sit and Go Tournament will be available or in progress in the Card Room at all times. No Tournament Points are required to buy in to (participate in) a particular Single Table Freeroll Points Sit and Go Tournaments. A Single Table Freeroll Points Sit and Go Tournament will not begin until exactly 10 players register for the poker tournament or exactly 7 players register for the Elimination Blackjack Tournament. The winner of each Single Table Freeroll Points Sit and Go Tournament will be awarded 10 Tournament Points.
c. Multi-table Freeroll Points Tournaments are scheduled tournaments in the Card Room that currently require a minimum of 10 players for poker tournaments and 12 players for Elimination Blackjack tournaments and have a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, a Multi-table Freeroll Points Tournaments will be held about once every 1 hour. No Tournament Points will be required to buy in to (participate in) a particular Multi-table Freeroll Points Tournaments. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of the tournament will be eliminated. The Club will not conduct a Multi-table Freeroll Points Tournaments unless the minimum number of players registers to play that tournament.
i. For a Multi-table Freeroll Points Poker Tournament, Tournament Points will be awarded to each player in the top 10 places as follows:

Blackjack tournaments and have a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these
minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No
additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the
maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served
basis. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, Cash tournaments
will be held several times each day. The exact times of each Cash tournament
will be posted on the site. Tournament Points are required to buy in to
(participate in) a Cash tournament as stated below. Players not logged in
during the first 8 minutes of the poker tournament will be eliminated. The
Club will not conduct a Cash tournament unless the minimum number of players
registers to play that tournament.
a. $20 Cash poker and Elimination Blackjack tournaments require 20 Tournament Points to buy in to (participate in) it. Cash will be awarded for each $20 Cash Tournament as follows:

poker tournament will be eliminated. Entry is on a first come, first served

posted on the site. Players may enter into the Tournament in one of two
ways:
a. Players win entry by finishing in the top 10 in at least one $1,000 Satellite Poker Tournament. Each tournament requires a minimum of 10 players for poker tournaments and has a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. The exact number of tournaments and times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted on the site. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 10 Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
i. Players can enter as many $1,000 Satellite tournaments as they have Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements but can earn only one (1) entry into the $1,000 Cash Tournament, regardless of how many times they qualify.
ii. No cash prizes will be given out for the winners of the $1,000 Satellite Tournaments.
b. Players may enter directly in to the $1,000 Poker. Entry requires 400 Tournament Points to buy in (participate in) it.
c. Cash will be awarded for each $1,000 Cash poker Tournament as follows:

- Month-end $20,000 Poker Tournaments are available to Club members and
mail-in entrants. Entry requirements the Month-end $20,000 Poker Tournaments
are as follows:
a. On or about the last day of each month, the Club will run a Poker tournament that will award $20,000 Cash. The Tournament requires a minimum of 10 players and has a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of the tournament will be eliminated. The exact times of Month-end $20,000 Poker Tournament will be posted on the site. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, players may enter into the Tournament in one of two ways:
i. Players win entry by finishing in the top 10 in at least one $20,000 Satellite Poker Tournament. Each tournament requires a minimum of 10 players and has a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of the tournament will be eliminated. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the minimum number of players enters, a $20,000 Satellite Tournament will be held several times each day. The exact times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted on the site. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 50 Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
1. Players can enter as many $20,000 Satellite Tournaments as they have Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements but can earn only one (1) entry into the Month-end $20,000 Poker Tournament, regardless of how many times they qualify.
2. No cash prizes will be given out for the winners of the $20,000 Satellite Tournaments.
ii.Players may enter directly in to the Month-end $20,000 Poker Tournament. Entry requires 500 Tournament Points to buy in (participate)

- Best Damn S.S.P. poker tournaments require a minimum 10 players and have
a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are
subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be
entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is
reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the
minimum number of players enters, Best Damn S.S.P. tournaments will be held
several times each month. The exact times of each Best Damn S.S.P.
tournament will be posted on the site. No Tournament Points are required to
buy in to (participate in) a Best Damn S.S.P. Tournament. The Club will not
conduct a Best Damn S.S.P. tournament unless the minimum number of players
registers to play that tournament. The player who finishes in first place
will receive a swag bag (cash value: $0.00) from the Fox Sports Net TV show,
"The Best Damn Sports Show Period".
- The Antonio’s $1000 poker tournament requires a minimum 10 players and
has a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are
subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be
entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is
reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the
minimum number of players enters, Antonio’s $1000 poker tournament will be
held as posted in the tournament schedule. The buy-in for this event is 400
tournament points. The Club will not conduct the Antonio $1000 poker
tournament unless the minimum number of players registers to play that
tournament. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker
tournament will be eliminated. Players may enter into the Tournament in one
of two ways:
a. Players win entry by finishing in the top 10 in at least one $1,000 Satellite Poker Tournament. Each tournament requires a minimum of 10 players for poker tournaments. No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. The exact number of tournaments and times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted on the site. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 10 Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
i. Players can enter as many $1,000 Satellite tournaments as they have Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements but can earn only one (1) entry into the Antonio $1,000 Tournament, regardless of how many times they qualify.
ii. No cash prizes will be given out for the winners of the $1,000 Satellite Tournaments.
b. Players may enter directly in to the Antonio $1,000. Entry for the 9:00 PM Eastern Time Poker Tournament requires 400 Tournament Points to buy in (participate in) it. Time is subject to change.
c. Cash will be awarded for the Antonio $1,000 poker Tournament as follows:

e. The player who knocks out Antonio Esfandiari from the Tournament will receive a 15-minute Q&A session (cash value: $0.00). In the case that Antonio Esfandiari does not attend the event no Q&A session will be awarded.
- The Steve’s $1000 poker tournament requires a minimum 10 players and has
a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are
subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be
entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is
reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the
minimum number of players enters, Steve’s $1000 poker tournament will be
held as posted in the tournament schedule. The buy-in for this event is 400
tournament points. The Club will not conduct a Steve’s $1000 poker
tournament unless the minimum number of players registers to play that
tournament. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker
tournament will be eliminated. Players may enter into the Tournament in one
of two ways:
a. Players win entry by finishing in the top 10 in at least one $1,000 Satellite Poker Tournament. Each tournament requires a minimum of 10 players for poker tournaments. No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. The exact number of tournaments and times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted on the site. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 10 Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
i. Players can enter as many $1,000 Satellite tournaments as they have Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements but can earn only one (1) entry into the Steve’s $1000 Tournament, regardless of how many times they qualify.
ii. No cash prizes will be given out for the winners of the $1,000 Satellite Tournaments.
b. Players may enter directly in to the Steve $1000. Entry for the 9:00 PM Eastern Time Poker Tournament requires 400 Tournament Points to buy in (participate in) it. Time is subject to change.
c. Cash will be awarded for the Steve $1000 poker Tournament as follows:

- The Mimi’s $1000 poker tournament requires a minimum 10 players and has
a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are
subject to change without notice to players). No additional players will be
entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is
reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Provided that the
minimum number of players enters, Mimi’s $1000 poker tournament will be held
as posted in the tournament schedule. The buy-in for this event is 400

No additional players will be entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. The exact number of tournaments and times of each Satellite Tournament will be posted on the site. Entry into each Satellite Tournament requires 10 Tournament Points to buy in (participate).
i. Players can enter as many $1,000 Satellite tournaments as they have Tournament Points to meet the entry requirements but can earn only one (1) entry into the Mimi’s $1,000 Tournament, regardless of how many times they qualify.
ii. No cash prizes will be given out for the winners of the $1,000 Satellite Tournaments.
b. Players may enter directly in to the Mimi’s $1,000. Entry for the 9:00 PM Eastern Time Poker Tournament requires 400 Tournament Points to buy in (participate in) it. Time is subject to change.
c. Cash will be awarded for the Mimi’s $1,000 poker Tournament as follows:

- The Perfect Ten $1500 poker tournament requires a minimum 10 players and

Provided that the minimum number of players enters, WPT Celebrity
Invitational poker tournament will be held on January 15th at 8:15PM ET
(note that the start time is subject to change without notice to the
players). There will be no buy-in for this event. The Club will not conduct
WPT Celebrity Invitational poker tournament unless the minimum number of
players registers to play that tournament. Players not logged in during the
first 8 minutes of a poker tournament will be eliminated. All paying members
may enter this tournament as it will be posted as a Freeroll in the game
lobby. The winner of this event gets an exclusive entry in the WPT Celebrity
Invitational poker tournament held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles,
California. The WPT Invitational will be run on February 28 and is a three
day event featuring Hollywood's hottest celebrities and poker's top pros.
a. Players may enter directly in to WPT Celebrity Invitational. This tournament is a freeroll for all paid members

number of players enter, the Wanted poker tournament will be held as posted
in the tournament schedule. The Club will not conduct a Wanted poker
tournament unless the minimum number of players registers to play that
tournament. Players not logged in during the first 8 minutes of a poker
tournament will be eliminated. Players may enter directly in to the Wanted
Tournament. Entry for the 10:00 PM Eastern Time on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Saturdays Wanted tournament requires 100 Tournament Points to buy in
(participate in) it. Time is subject to change.
A. Prize will be awarded for the Wanted poker tournament as follows:

1st, One entry to play in that month’s $20,000 poker tournament with a cash bounty on that winner’s head of $20. If the Wanted winner comes in first place in the $20,000 tournament, we will add an additional $500 to that person’s first place prize for the tournament. If the Wanted winner makes it to the final table as a bounty, we will add an additional $100 to that person’s winnings for the tournament.
B. Tournament Points are not awarded for this event.
C. If the Wanted winner does not play in the tournament, no bounty will be awarded for that winner.
D. If no bounty is won in the $20,000 tournaments, no bounty will be awarded.

has a maximum of 7,500 players (note that these minimums and maximums are

entered into a particular tournament once the maximum number of players is

minimum number of players enter, the Big Spender $1K poker tournament will
be held at 9:00 PM Eastern Time on January 22nd, 2009. Time is subject
to change. The Club will not conduct a Big Spender $1K poker tournament
unless the minimum number of players registers to play that tournament.

B. Players may enter directly in to the Big Spender $1K poker Tournament. Big Spender $1K tournament requires 5000 Tournament Points to buy in (participate in) it.

If any provision of these Official Rules of Play is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable any other part of these Official Rules, but the Official Rules will be construed as not containing the particular provision or provisions held to be invalid or unenforceable.
