Win your seat to the 2008 Main Event - ClubWPT members can play for two Main Event seats - each valued at $12,000 ($10,000 entry fee plus $2,000 travel expenses). The top twenty players in each of the daily satellite events then compete in one of two ClubWPT Final Events for their chance at poker immortality at the WSOP* July 3rd in Las Vegas. Daily satellite times are (EDT): 2:40 AM, 1:40 PM, 4:40 PM, 10:40PM The first series of Satellite Events began April 21st and will run through May 19th. The players will then compete on May 20th in the ClubWPT Final Event. The second series of Satellite Events will begin May 21st and run through June 18th, with winners competing on June 19th in the second ClubWPT Final Event. Satellite Seats to next year's WPT World Championship - ClubWPT members can play for satellite seats to next year's WPT World Championship event at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.The top ten players in each of the daily satellite events then compete in the monthly ClubWPT Final Event. Daily satellite times are (Eastern): 3:40 AM, 11:40 AM, 3:40 PM, 5:40 PM Monthly Final Event (Eastern): Last Tuesday of each month at 7:15PM Prize Payout: First Prize: Entry to the a $2,500 + $120 Super Satellite Tournament for the WPT Championship at the Bellagio in April 2009, $1,380 to be used for travel and spending, and dinner with a Professional Poker player to talk strategy or tips while in Las Vegas during the Tournament (Total Value: $4,000). Second Place: $100 Third Place: $50 Fourth and Fifth Places: $25 each Sixth through Tenth Places: $20 each |
